What We Offer
Scene Study Program
About
Our Scene Study Program runs for three months. Every two weeks, our dedicated coaches handpick a new scene and scene partner for you, challenging you to dive into the heart of your craft.
In the first week, we embark on a first work session, mirroring the intensity of a camera rehearsal on the set. Our goal is to elevate the quality of your initial takes, eliminating the need for warm-up shots and ensuring you shine from the very start. Our coaches provide precise directions, insightful notes, and creative ideas to fuel your improvement. The process doesn't end in the studio; you take these valuable insights home, refining your skills for the week ahead.
In the second week, we delve into a comprehensive second work session, replicating the on-set experience. Multiple takes allow us to fine-tune specific scene elements, ensuring you master every nuance. This two-week rhythm propels your growth, combining real-world practice with personalized guidance.

Welcoming students of all levels, our classes closely replicate then professional work environment. On Set, collaboration spans actors of various experience levels, emphasizing the importance of adaptability. To foster rapid growth, our classes maintain a balanced ration, ensuring a mix of seasoned actors and newcomers. This deliberate approach creates an encircling and dynamic learning atmosphere.

Auditing Program
​
Whether you're a writer, director, or simply intrigued by the actor's craft, our auditing program is tailored for you. Join our Q&A sessions, observe compelling scenes, and gain exclusive access to our coaches. A word of caution: auditors often find themselves irresistibly drawn to delve into scene work. Should you feel this pull, rest assured, you'll receive priority access to our coveted spots.

Workshop Structure
Day 1 / AM: You'll present your scene with your assigned scene partner and engage in constructive and in-depth feedback with the coaches, akin to a camera rehearsal on an authentic set.

Day 1 / PM: We'll delve into a comprehensive second work session, replicating the on-set experience. Multiple takes allow us to fine-tune specific scene elements, ensuring you master every nuance of the scene with personalized guidance.

Evening: You'll discover your next scene assignment and partner for Day 2.
Day 2 / AM: You'll present your new scene by revisiting the scene process from day one.
Present your newly prepared scene with your new partner.

Day 2 / PM: Delve into additional takes with continued coaching to refine and elevate your performance.

Welcome to our On-Camera Acting Workshop in a partnership with ISA - The Institute Of Storytelling For Actors, where we revolutionize the art of camera work from the actor's perspective. Our mission is simple: empower you to make the camera work for you, eliminating the need for you to work for the camera. In this immersive workshop, we'll equip you with the skills to command the camera's energy and shed any lingering camera awareness, allowing you to fully surrender to the moment, your character, the story, and your scene partner.
